pancakes with tahini

1/2 cup tahini

1 ½ cup flour

1 ½ tbsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

A pinch of salt

1 large egg, lightly beaten

¾ cup. milk

For the garnish:




Fruit of your choice


Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Add milk and tahini. Beat the egg and add. Stir with a whisk or a spatula.

Heat a good non-stick pan and melt some butter (2 tsp).

With soup ladle add slowly the pancake mix. Once inflated and browned on one side, flip them to the other side. Continue until you finish.

To serve, place the pancakes on top of each other like a stack and put a bit of butter. Drizzle with what we want (honey, fruit, jam, etc).
